SHIPPING / PAYMENT INFORMATION

Shipping Details:
• We ship to Canada and USA only.
• ALL shipping charges must be made by credit card regardless of invoice payment method.
• Items are packaged in house the week after the sale. Can take 3 weeks to ship large auctions.
• Items too large for postal shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
CANADIAN BIDDERS
Items are only shipped through Canada Post and must fit in their package limits.
USA BIDDERS
Items are only shipped through UPS Standard Service and must fit in their package limits. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DUTIES AND TARIFFS OWED ON LOTS AFTER SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE AMOUNTS WILL BE AHEAD OF TIME.
INSURANCE: Shipments have the default $100 insurance only. If you would like to pay more it costs $2.75 per $100 up to a max $5000 in Canada. Reply if you'd like to pay for more insurance. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure their items can be insured.
Artwork cannot be insured.
Anything larger or restricted is the responsibility of the buyer.
• Buyers must notify The Kooky Cavern within 24 hours after the completion of the auction, if they plan to pick up their purchases or have them shipped.
• IMPORTANT: Reply to your invoice email or instructions email to change your shipping or pickup status. Do not call the office.
Upon completion of the auction, the credit card on file of successful bidders will be charged automatically and an invoice will be emailed to each bidder.
All successful bidders enter into a binding contract and are obligated to pay in full for all awarded items within 24 hours of receiving the winning notification email.
The auctioneer reserves the right to cancel a bid at any time, without prejudice.
Payment in person at the time of pick-up is accepted only with prior arrangement with the auctioneer.
Buyer's Premium & Taxes
An 15% Buyer's Premium is added to the subtotal of the winning bid amount, plus 5% GST and 7% PST (BC).
Example: Winning Bid $100.00 + 15% Buyer's Premium = $115.00 + 5% GST ($5.90) + 7% PST ($13.80) = Total Purchase Price: $128.80
